Terms & Conditions

Both the Buyer and the Seller accept the following conditions. In these terms and conditions 'The Seller' or 'The Company' means PACT (UK) Ltd, and 'The Buyer' means the purchaser of goods from 'The Seller' under these terms and conditions.

Prices

Prices may be altered without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payment by most major credit/debit card is due in full prior to dispatch of goods.

Shortages And Damages

Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to PACT (UK) Ltd within 3 working days of delivery with no exceptions. Due to strict hygiene regulations PACT (UK) Ltd cannot accept return of scissors, clippers or razors, which have been used. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.

Delivery and Delivery Charges

The company policy is to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving your order; however this can vary subject to availability of stock. Times quoted are made in good faith, but shall not be binding. PACT (UK) Ltd can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Standard delivery charge is £2.50 per delivery to most parts of the UK. Deliveries to the Channel Island, Highlands & Islands, and other UK off-shore islands are £7.50 each. Deliveries to addresses outside the UK are £10.00 each. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Seller reserves the right not to ship an order until the correct delivery charge is paid.

Insurance

The insurance of the Goods to be delivered by the Seller to the Buyer is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Cancellations

Non-standard items cannot be cancelled.

General

We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with manufacturers before ordering. Goods are not sold on a trial basis or on a sale or return basis. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract. Prices and manufacturers’ specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the Buyer to rescind the contract. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

All items are guaranteed according to manufacturer's warranty.
