Warranty and Returns Policy

Products purchased from this website are guaranteed against any defect arising from faulty workmanship or defective materials for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase subject to the following conditions:

1. The manufacturerâ€™s operating and maintenance instructions for the appliance have been complied with;

2. This guarantee does not cover bulbs, normal wear and tear, damage resulting from the use of incorrect voltage or current, negligence, accident, or alteration or repair other than by an authorised service centre.

Should your appliance require attention under this guarantee please contact us at info@pactuk.com and we will send you details of how to return the item(s). All items returned must have a valid proof of purchase stating the date of purchase.

All products returned for repair/exchange under warranty will be inspected and tested. If the result of the inspection/test is;

a) the product is defective and is within the warranty period it will be repaired or exchanged and returned free of charge, or

b) the product has no fault found, or it is out of warranty, we will contact you to quote you for the repair of the product, if repairable, and send it back to you or we can return the product as is. Either way there will be an additional administration and postage charge of Â£5 per item. Alternatively, we can dispose of the product on your behalf.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
